Job Overview
Newcon Builders Pte Ltd is seeking a proficient BIM Modeller skilled in creating precise Architectural Revit (BIM) models for construction projects in Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for producing detailed plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings, adhering to BIM standards, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver accurate Architectural Revit BIM models.
- Generate comprehensive drawings with correct annotations for tendering and construction stages.
- Establish and uphold BIM standards related to sheet layout, layering, modeling protocols, and drawing formats.
- Manage and coordinate activities across multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
- Operate effectively both individually and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Utilize proficiency in Revit/BIM software for Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Possess familiarity with Singapore’s Construction Industry regulations.
- Oversee BIM collaboration, data exchange, and coordination among project stakeholders.
- Coordinate drawings and manage BIM processes adhering to Singapore’s construction requirements.
- Maintain precise As-Built or Record Models throughout project lifecycle.
- Ensure smooth information transfer via file sharing exchange protocols.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience involving C&S, Reinforcement, Architectural, Electrical, and Mechanical BIM projects.
- Preference for candidates experienced in HDB BTO projects.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural construction documents with ease.
- Capability to complete models and shop drawings within deadlines and maintain high quality.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture, Structure, MEP, Navisworks Clash Detection, 4D simulation, and quantity take-offs.
- Expertise in managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) for projects.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Build).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
