Role Overview

We are seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation and digital delivery initiatives across multidisciplinary building and infrastructure projects within the client’s program. The role involves ensuring adherence to AECOM digital standards, compliance with client BIM policies and ISO 19650 standards, and providing governance, coordination, and reporting for BIM activities throughout project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Support BIM and digital delivery efforts aligned with AECOM standards and client expectations.
• Create, execute, and maintain Project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Model Information Delivery Plans (MIDP), and Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDPs).
• Lead coordination of BIM models using Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD across multiple disciplines.
• Manage clash detection processes, coordination, and resolution utilizing tools such as Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud Model Coordination, and Revizto.
• Oversee the Common Data Environment platforms (ACC, BIM 360, ProjectWise), managing workflows, permissions, and data exchanges.
• Implement BIM quality assurance and control methods including model audits and compliance verification.
• Drive process improvements and automation using Dynamo scripting.
• Develop and manage BIM data reporting and dashboards via Power BI to support project and program insights.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to BIM and digital delivery teams.
• Act as the principal BIM liaison with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Experience applying ISO 19650 standards and knowledge of GCC/Saudi BIM mandates.
• Previous involvement in large-scale master-planned or giga-project developments.
• Familiarity with advanced BIM dimensions such as 4D and 5D, digital handover procedures, and asset information management.
• Contributions to corporate BIM policies and digital frameworks.

Educational Background & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of BIM delivery experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry, including managerial responsibilities.
• Proven history as a BIM or Digital Delivery Manager overseeing complex, large-scale projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and multidisciplinary BIM workflows.
• Extensive use of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, and ProjectWise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Navisworks, Revizto, and issue tracking platforms.
• Experience in Dynamo for automating BIM processes and quality control.
• Strong capabilities with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• Excellent communication abilities and skilled stakeholder management.
