Role Overview
The position of Billing Executive is a full-time role requiring on-site presence in Nagpur. Responsibilities encompass managing the entire billing cycle — from invoice creation and verification to timely billing execution and precise financial record keeping. The role demands daily scrutiny of billing data, resolving discrepancies, coordinating internally for billing approvals, and aiding the finance team with payment monitoring and reconciliation. Additional tasks include preparing periodic billing reports, assisting with audits, and addressing billing inquiries from stakeholders. The Billing Executive also plays a key role in enhancing billing process efficiency and ensuring compliance with company and financial standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with billing operations and comprehensive invoice management.
- Fundamental understanding of finance, including accounting principles and related documentation.
- Analytical capability to review data, detect inconsistencies, and aid accurate reporting.
- Clear and professional communication skills for interactions with various internal and external parties.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with billing or ERP software tools.
