Beauty Therapy Trainer (CIBTAC / CIDESCO)

Role Overview

We seek a qualified Beauty Therapy Trainer in Dubai to instruct Beauty Therapy Diploma courses aligned with international standards. This role involves teaching, evaluating, and preparing students for recognized professional certifications such as CIBTAC and CIDESCO. Note that this is a trainer role rather than a therapist position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical sessions in Beauty Therapy.
• Deliver training on Facial and Body Electrotherapy techniques.
• Perform professional demonstrations of practical treatments.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans and training resources.
• Evaluate students' practical skills and competencies.
• Track and monitor student progress, including portfolio reviews.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and training activities.
• Ensure all training complies with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and international education standards.
• Prepare students thoroughly for CIBTAC and CIDESCO examinations.
• Upkeep of classroom environments, practical rooms, and training equipment.

Mandatory Requirements

• Possession of CIBTAC or CIDESCO certification.
• At least three consecutive years of active DHA Beauty Therapist License status.
• A minimum of three years' clinical experience as a practicing Beauty Therapist.
• Previous experience as a Beauty Therapy trainer.
• Strong English communication capabilities.
• Minimum two years delivering Beauty Therapy training in an institutional or vocational context.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Assessor certification such as A1, TAQA, IQA or its equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering Level 3 Diploma programs.
• Expertise in preparing candidates for CIBTAC or CIDESCO exams.
• Effective lesson planning and curriculum design skills.
• Ability to create and conduct practical demonstrations and structured lessons.
• Experience in learner assessment and portfolio monitoring.
• Strong classroom management and presentation skills.
• Competence in professional documentation and record keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational ability and capacity to work under pressure.

Important Notes

Candidates who do not hold an active DHA License for at least three years, lack CIBTAC or CIDESCO qualifying credentials, or have no prior teaching experience will not be considered. Fresh graduates and freelance therapists without institutional teaching background are excluded from eligibility. Only applicants fulfilling all mandatory criteria will proceed to shortlist consideration.
