Role Overview

As a Beauty Expert at Charlotte Tilbury, you will be the face of the brand in-store, helping customers embrace and feel confident in their beauty by merging expert makeup artistry with deep product knowledge. • Preferably hold an NVQ-3 qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Some experience as a Sales Advisor, ideally from fast-moving environments such as beauty retail or FMCG sectors.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and the Charlotte Tilbury brand, with a willingness to actively promote the brand's values.
• Experience in makeup application and the ability to tailor techniques for different customer requirements.
