Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced BCBA recruiter to support a growing team in a fully remote setup. This position focuses on attracting, evaluating, and coordinating candidates for Board Certified Behavior Analyst roles.
Compensation and Working Hours
The monthly salary for this role is $1,500. Working hours are 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM South Africa Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates for BCBA positions.
- Screen applicants to assess fit and suitability.
- Organize and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain and manage recruitment pipelines throughout the hiring process.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities in a remote work environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience recruiting Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Proven ability in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Experience handling candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently while remote.
- Hands-on experience with Apploi, which is mandatory.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Comfort using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
