About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with warmth and enthusiasm, crafting beverages and food items to exact recipes or customized preferences.
- Maintain cash handling accuracy and uphold store safety and security standards.
- Keep your workspace tidy and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Remain calm and effective during busy periods and collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- No prior experience necessary; we provide full training to help you succeed.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality, with flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills to engage customers and understand their needs clearly and pleasantly.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow both verbal and written instructions, and ask for clarification as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a cooperative team spirit to foster positive relationships.
