Role Overview

As a Barista at Cloud Spaces, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and specialty beverages to enhance the daily experience of our clients and colleagues. Your role involves maintaining a clean, organized environment and ensuring excellent customer service that upholds our center's standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso, tea, iced drinks, specialty coffee, and light food items aligned with menu guidelines and safety regulations.
• Operate coffee brewing machines and ensure a consistent supply of fresh coffee beans.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by answering menu-related queries and fostering a hospitable atmosphere.
• Keep the coffee bar, kitchen, client areas, and restrooms clean and well-organized, including sanitation of workstations.
• Manage cash register tasks, accept orders, and serve beverages in meeting rooms as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels, oversee weekly supplies, and liaise with the F&B manager for stock replenishment.
• Enhance barista craftsmanship through practice in milk foaming, latte art, espresso making, and coffee blending techniques.
• Educate clients about coffee preparation standards and inform them of special offerings when relevant.
• Collaborate with the Center Manager and the team to ensure seamless operations and a positive experience for clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Barista or a similar customer-facing position.
• Background in retail, food & beverage, or hospitality sectors is preferred.
• Completion of High School education or an equivalent qualification.
