This position offers an exciting chance to deliver a top-quality reception service at Northcroft, acting as the initial point of contact for visitors and callers. The role involves professional interaction with patients, visitors, and various staff including medical, nursing, clinical support, clerical, and secretarial personnel across multiple community services.

Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will handle a comprehensive range of reception, switchboard, and administrative tasks. They will serve as the primary contact for the public, visitors, and service users reaching Community Services, Steps to Recovery, AOT, HTT, and Acute teams at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Qualifications and Skills Required
