About the Bakery Assistant Role
We're launching a new establishment, Cookie Tookie Bakery & Cafe, located in Sector 71, Gurgaon, within M3M Broadway Mall. We are hiring two bakery assistants who will support the head baker in preparing a variety of baked goods such as cakes, pastries, and cookies. Candidates should have fundamental baking skills and a readiness to commit to at least one year of employment.
Work Schedule and Location
The working hours may vary between two shifts: from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or from 12:00 noon to 11:00 PM. The bakery operates six days a week with Tuesdays off. This is a full-time role requiring attendance at the bakery's physical location in Gurgaon.
Preferred Additional Skills
Preference will be given to candidates with some fundamental knowledge of digital marketing, basic skills in birthday party decoration, experience in both baking and counter sales, and those residing near Sector 71 or Sector 89 in Gurgaon. Applicants should possess their own means of transportation.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly salary ranges from 18,000 to 22,500 INR. In addition to this fixed pay, employees are eligible to receive sales-based incentives rewarding their performance.
