As a Baker for Nothing Bundt Cakes, you will be responsible for producing cakes that consistently meet our high-quality standards, contributing to an exceptional guest experience by satisfying production requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute baking tasks strictly following Nothing Bundt Cakes’ proprietary recipes and standardized cake production techniques to meet productivity targets.
• Utilize precise measuring tools, commercial mixers, ovens, and other baking equipment proficiently.
• Prepare raw ingredients and necessary baking tools accurately, load cake pans into ovens, and supervise the baking process to ensure quality results.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality to support efficient operations.
