Key Responsibilities
- Implement Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) to create beloved products and positive customer experiences.
- Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene standards by keeping baking stations clean, organized, and ready for audits.
- Lead and support your team to foster a culture focused on wellbeing, resilience, and collective accomplishment.
- Continuously improve your baking techniques and leadership skills by staying enthusiastic and motivated.
- Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing demanding physical tasks and tight deadlines with confidence.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a formal qualification in baking or an equivalent industry certification.
- Prior experience working in a high-volume bakery setting.
Work Schedule
Roster Option 1: Sunday to Thursday from 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM, offering early starts that help avoid traffic and free afternoons.
