Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver fresh, high-quality baked items daily, reflecting your passion for baking.
• Practice Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) to craft products and experiences that delight customers.
• Maintain exemplary food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring all stations are clean, organized, and ready for inspections.
• Support and guide your team, fostering a workplace culture that emphasizes wellbeing, resilience, and shared achievement.
• Continually seek to improve your baking expertise and leadership abilities through curiosity and ambition.
• Perform effectively in a demanding environment, managing the speed, physical effort, and deadlines of a busy bakery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a formal baking qualification or an equivalent qualification recognized in the industry.
• Have prior experience working in a high-paced bakery setting.

Work Schedule

• Work early shifts from Sunday to Thursday, starting at 3:00 AM and finishing at 11:00 AM, allowing for afternoons free from work commitments.
