Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent Back Office Executive to manage essential office operations and product dispatch processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine office tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure products are packed securely and correctly.
- Prepare parcels for shipment and coordinate handover to couriers or transport depots.
- Handle courier bookings and monitor shipment status.
- Keep organized records of parcels and inventory.
- Liaise with delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workspace.
Skills and Requirements
- Basic literacy including reading and writing capabilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to handle parcels of light to medium weight.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Additional Information
The office operates from 11 AM to 7 PM daily.
Monthly compensation ranges between 10,000 and 12,000 INR.
