Job Description

This full-time role involves working from the office to support property valuation processes by reviewing daily reports, verifying property documentation, and preparing technical scrutiny reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze daily MIS reports to monitor case assignments based on daily reports.
• Examine and confirm accuracy of various property documents connected to assigned cases.
• Detect inconsistencies or missing data in cases and communicate queries to concerned banks via email.
• Research and verify property rates to ensure precise property valuation.
• Compile detailed and accurate Technical Scrutiny Reports for assigned cases.
• Submit reports to Managers for assessment and approval.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation degree in any discipline.
• Experience not mandatory; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills.
• Good typing speed to handle documentation efficiently.
