Company and Location
PNB MetLife India Insurance Company Limited invites applications for the role of Back-end Executive based at the Dunlop branch in Kolkata, West Bengal. This is a full-time, onsite position.
Working Hours
The working schedule is Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Role Overview
We seek a meticulous and dependable Back-end Executive to manage essential back-office functions. The position involves ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining correct data entries, verifying customer documents, and offering administrative support to branch activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely input and update customer profiles, policy information, and operational data within company databases.
- Examine insurance application forms, KYC, and related documents for thoroughness and compliance standards.
- Handle internal procedures related to policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and data updates.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, underwriting, and customer service teams to resolve policy-related inquiries.
- Provide assistance to branch management through administrative tasks such as document organization and logistical coordination.
Candidate Qualifications
- Educational qualification of Higher Secondary (10+2) or a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Open to freshers; candidates with 0–2 years experience in data entry, administrative, or back-office roles, preferably in insurance or banking sectors, are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient computer skills, including competency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational aptitude.
- Effective communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
- Good time management capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Remuneration ranges between INR 19,288 and INR 45,023 per month, commensurate with experience.
