A Typical Day in Your Role

Arrive and verify job instructions and technical drawings.
Conduct daily inspections of crane systems and electric balancers for operational readiness.
Perform demolding of castings utilizing lifting equipment and electric balancers.
Retrieve hardened castings from the curing oven using an electric transport cart.
Clean and prepare disassembled components in readiness for assembly.
Position finished coils at the designated staging area for the assembly process.

Your Key Responsibilities

Handle the demolding process of castings with cranes, hoists, and electric balancers efficiently and safely.
Lift and secure coils accurately for transportation purposes.
Independently verify the accuracy and completeness of order documents and technical drawings.
Authorize the release of processed components following thorough quality and dimensional inspections.
Carefully disassemble complex casting molds and attachments without causing damage.
Accurately record production data and report any deviations in processes.

Required Qualifications and Personal Attributes

Sound knowledge of occupational safety standards to maintain a secure work environment.
Understanding of the materials and processes used in production.
Fluent German language skills for effective team communication.
Strong self-management skills enabling independent work organization.
High degree of personal responsibility and decision-making capability in daily tasks.
Willingness to work within a three-shift schedule.
