Auditor with QSR/Restaurant Experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Auditor experienced in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector to join our team based in Goregaon, Mumbai. This role involves frequent travel to conduct comprehensive audits ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, hygiene, and maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the entire audit lifecycle focusing on risk and control management across operations.
• Define audit scope and craft detailed reports outlining findings.
• Present audit outcomes and maintain thorough documentation of processes.
• Provide impartial recommendations to uphold audit objectivity and support organizational goals.
• Detect operational gaps and advise on strategies to mitigate risks.
• Conduct follow-up audits to verify implementation of corrective action plans.
• Continuously upgrade knowledge of standard operating procedures, industry best practices, auditing tools, and benchmarks.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on internal auditing experience within the QSR industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong ability to prepare detailed audit reports.
• In-depth familiarity with auditing principles and protocols.
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to exercise sound and independent decision-making.

Additional Details

• Work schedule: Monday to Saturday.
• The role involves significant travel as part of the auditing function.
• Compensation range: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
• Benefits include travel allowance in accordance with company travel policy and phone allowance as per phone policy.
