About the Role

At Your Service Agent at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Lusail, Qatar, plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional and unique guest experience beyond typical check-in and check-out. You will be empowered to proactively assist guests throughout their stay by addressing requests, handling operational tasks, reporting, and sharing local highlights to make each interaction memorable and seamless.

Daily Responsibilities

As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be hands-on and actively moving around, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Tasks include lifting and carrying items up to 10 pounds independently and performing other reasonable duties as required to ensure guests’ experience and business operations run smoothly.

Key Requirements

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior related work or supervisory experience is required.
• Must uphold company standards in safety, confidentiality, asset protection, quality, appearance, and communications.

Work Environment and Commitment

This position is full-time and onsite at Building No. 153, Street No. 347, Lusail, Qatar. The role falls under non-management within the Rooms & Guest Services Operations category.
