Associate Product Manager

About the Role

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking an Associate Product Manager based in Pune to join their team focused on enterprise SaaS products powered by AI technologies. This role centers around contributing to the development of innovative AI-driven capabilities for high-scale systems used globally by enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in product discovery by conducting user research, gathering customer feedback, and analyzing data.
• Help define and prioritize product roadmap initiatives to align with customer needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams within a Scrum environment to deliver scalable, high-quality features.
• Contribute to identifying and shaping intelligent AI-powered features, automation, and modern integration approaches.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor success metrics to assess and enhance product outcomes continuously.
• Investigate customer issues and assist in prioritizing fixes to improve customer satisfaction and trust.
• Ensure delivered features lead to measurable gains in product quality and user experience.
• Develop product management skills through mentorship and active collaboration with senior PMs and engineering teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• 0-2 years of experience in product management or related customer-facing, technical, or analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Strong orientation toward customer needs, analytical aptitude, and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication abilities with influence skills to convey ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into well-defined, actionable product requirements.
• Familiarity with software development fundamentals and comfortable collaborating with engineering teams.
• Comfortable hypothesizing and making product recommendations despite incomplete data.
• Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Interest in AI-powered product innovation and experience collaborating on features using large language models.
