Overview
The Associate - IT Project Coordination role at Malomatia involves comprehensive support for project delivery by assisting senior project managers with planning, monitoring, and reporting projects. This role also independently manages smaller projects ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and governance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with Quality Assurance testing including preparing test scripts, execution, bug reporting, and coordinating with vendors for fixes.
- Ability to write procedural documents and develop training materials for new systems implementation.
- Experience in conducting training sessions.
- Knowledge of demand management and resource/capacity planning processes.
- Preparation of regular management reports and executive summaries.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including use of formulas and pivot tables.
- Creating executive presentations, status reports, and management dashboards.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation such as plans, reports, and logs.
- Supporting senior project managers with daily project activities.
- Managing small-scale projects independently.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives and standardization within the Projects Department.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Filipino is preferred.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in project coordination, PMO, or project support roles.
