Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Associate in Instructional Design to aid in developing, delivering, maintaining, and assuring the quality of e-learning training materials focused on Cogstate products and staff education. This role involves transforming content from internal subject matter experts into effective training modules and revising those modules to reflect adult learning best practices. The training primarily equips external professionals on CNS (Central Nervous System) assessments relevant to clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform and polish scientific content supplied by internal subject experts into engaging eLearning courses and related training resources, adhering to company branding and processes.
- Incorporate feedback continuously to improve course quality.
- Guarantee accuracy, excellence, and timely completion of deliverables.
- Engage in peer quality reviews of training content created by colleagues.
- Update course materials in sync with product releases and software patches.
- Develop and refine PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Keep current with updates and new features in Articulate Storyline 360 software.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Storyline 360, preferably including experience with its AI capabilities.
- Between three and five years of demonstrated e-learning content development experience.

Compensation
Annual salary range offered between $65,000 and $75,000 USD.
