Role Overview
Within Experian Marketing Services (EMS), a global frontrunner in data-driven marketing solutions, you will contribute as an Associate Analytics Consultant by delivering insightful data and analytics-driven services to clients. Collaborating with client teams and internal specialists including sales, delivery consultants, developers, and product managers, your role is vital in driving successful client outcomes. This position is ideal for candidates who are inquisitive, proactive, and passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex data challenges while collaborating effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert raw client data into actionable insights by processing and enhancing datasets using Experian’s proprietary tools with accuracy and timeliness.
- Establish and manage secure data transmissions over platforms such as SFTP, Snowflake, and AWS to facilitate smooth data exchange.
- Assist clients by resolving data-related issues, responding to inquiries, and maintaining data visualization dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
- Support senior consultants in analytics initiatives including data profiling, descriptive analytics, and propensity score modeling.
- Promote operational excellence by automating workflows and streamlining processes to minimize manual effort and error rates.
Qualifications & Skills
- A tertiary degree in analytics, statistics, marketing, economics, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
- Up to two years of relevant experience with data handling – including internships.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving aptitude.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel; familiarity with cloud platforms like Snowflake and AWS is advantageous.
- Experience or familiarity with Python or R programming, data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and marketing analytics will be considered a bonus.
