Key Responsibilities
- Formulate detailed project schedules utilizing Primavera, Microsoft Project, S Curve analysis, delay evaluation, and extension of time (EOT) methodologies.
- Continuously monitor project progress to identify potential delays and implement proactive mitigation measures.
- Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to maintain effective communication and coordinate activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation detailing project status, key milestones, and budget tracking.
- Carry out comprehensive planning activities for civil engineering projects from initial conceptual design through to final delivery.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years and up to 15 years’ experience in project planning and control, particularly focusing on civil engineering projects.
- Academic qualification: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) along with project scheduling software like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
