About the Role
2026 promises to be our largest expansion year yet, with new restaurant openings and a growing presence across Australia, including Drive Thru enhancements and an updated menu. This expansion phase is coupled with a strong emphasis on leadership development, creating an exhilarating growth environment for ambitious managers. Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager to energize and inspire a dedicated team.
- Be actively involved in daily operations, from kitchen activities to customer interaction, ensuring smooth shift management and satisfied guests.
- Uphold and promote high quality standards to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
- Drive team and restaurant performance, achieve targets, and recognize team accomplishments.
- Mentor and develop staff skills across various stations to foster continuous growth.
- Oversee safety protocols, quality control, and operational procedures with meticulous attention.
