Job Description
- Support the project manager in creating key project documents including budgets, schedules, scope definitions, and comprehensive project plans.
- Handle administrative and financial project management tasks such as processing invoices, managing purchase orders, and maintaining inventory reports.
- Oversee procurement activities related to the project to ensure timely and appropriate acquisition of resources.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, establish project requirements, define acceptance criteria, and set project deadlines.
- Coordinate resource allocation to guarantee the project team is equipped with necessary materials at the right time.
- Delegate assignments to team members and clarify expectations for project milestones and deliverables.
- Serve as the communication link between the project team and clients throughout the duration of the project.
- Assist project managers in monitoring the ongoing progress of the project and team performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a BE or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering and have 4 to 7 years of experience working on industrial, commercial, or institutional building projects.
