Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure smooth, effective property operations.
- Supervise routine facility maintenance and operational tasks.
- Manage special projects and perform feasibility analyses as needed.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and control the annual budget, manage operating expenses, and plan improvement or maintenance activities.
- Lead and coordinate front office, housekeeping, security, operations, and maintenance teams to maintain daily operational efficiency.
- Analyze and enhance workflows to optimize tenant satisfaction.
- Address tenant complaints promptly, document feedback, and execute solutions.
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with landlords, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
- Conduct scheduled property inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure assets remain in good condition.
- Maintain compliance with safety, building, and other statutory regulations.
- Participate in the CERT team, facilitating drills, exercises, and trainings according to schedule.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree qualification in Hospitality, Business, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Hospitality (focused on Rooms) or Property Management.
- Strong leadership capability with proficiency in handling ambiguous or unstructured environments.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good team collaboration skills combined with outstanding interpersonal communication.
- Effective conflict resolution skills aligned with company values.
- Results-oriented mindset suited to fast-paced settings.
- Skillful in creating and maintaining operational systems that support business objectives.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and collaborate cross-functionally with various business units.
