Role Overview
The Assistant Manager will oversee the coordination between stakeholders, vendors, and in-house teams to facilitate the successful transition of processes from on-premise systems to cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless process migration.
- Create and implement transition strategies that minimize disruption during migration activities.
- Work closely with various departments to identify and address challenges during the migration processes.
- Track project progress against established milestones and pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements to guarantee timely completion.
Required Experience and Skills
- Between 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in process migration or related managerial roles.
- In-depth knowledge of process migration principles, stakeholder and vendor management, as well as transition planning methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines effectively.
