Role Summary
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join Nykaa's growth marketing team. This role emphasizes driving high-quality traffic, conversions, and revenue growth through Google Ads and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience managing large-scale paid campaigns, possess an analytical approach, and demonstrate a strong focus on optimizing return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and refine paid advertising campaigns on Google channels including Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping, as well as on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies that align with broader marketing and business objectives across the full sales funnel.
- Perform deep keyword research and segment audiences to attract pertinent traffic.
- Track daily campaign metrics including Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to optimize ongoing campaigns.
- Implement A/B testing across creatives, ad copies, and audience groups to continuously boost performance.
- Effectively manage budget allocation and pacing to maximize campaign efficiency and impact.
- Prepare detailed performance reports presenting actionable insights derived from campaign data.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Meta Insights to monitor tracking and attribution.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to conduct in-depth campaign data analysis to improve outcomes.
- Coordinate with creative, product, and category teams ensuring consistent marketing messaging and provide feedback for creative improvement.
- Keep abreast of latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on managing Google and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Competency in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting using Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and tracking tools like AppsFlyer or Branch for performance measurement.
- Strong data analysis skills to extract insights and execute optimization strategies effectively.
- Experience managing affiliates and strategic partnerships is advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
