Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Front Store Manager in overseeing human, physical, and financial resources to meet store goals, particularly enhancing inventory flow from storage to sales floor.
• Uphold and enforce store standards consistently to optimize customer experience, increase store traffic, and boost profitability, including managing the backroom operations.
• Collaborate with store management to schedule labor effectively using workforce management tools to maximize productivity.
• Ensure sufficient staffing levels for smooth business operation.
• Assist with recruitment and hiring efforts across departments except for Pharmacy.
• Manage wage administration aligning with company guidelines.
• Promote and embody the company's culture and core values, encouraging employee engagement and motivation.

• Proven decision-making abilities to control operational expenses effectively.

Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is CAD 17.65 to 20.75. Final compensation is based on candidate experience, knowledge, and regional location. This represents a current vacancy. AI technologies may be utilized in screening and selecting candidates.
