Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build a prospective client database for business development.
• Conduct cold-calling and arrange visits to client locations to generate sales opportunities.
• Monitor news, online platforms, and publications for information about upcoming projects and market trends to support business growth.
• Schedule and participate in regular online meetings for strategic planning and client engagement.
• Represent the company at expos and business events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
• Achieve assigned revenue targets within the specified sales region.
• Provide support to the reporting manager by assisting in specific assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics) is mandatory.
• MBA degree is preferred and considered advantageous.
