IAM MIA seeks a talented Art Director for its remote office based in Berlin. This position demands a creative leader skilled in brand development and advertising concept creation, guiding small teams of designers to translate visionary ideas into tangible brand identities.

Key Responsibilities and Motivation

• Lead the development and management of diverse brand and advertising messages while overseeing design teams.
• Serve as both a conceptual and creative leader within small teams, ensuring innovative brand expressions.
• Interpret and adapt design concepts to effectively engage targeted audiences through precise brand worlds.

Creative Expertise

• Collaborate efficiently as a team player within small, multidisciplinary groups.
• Apply pragmatic, innovative, and quality-focused approaches to complex design challenges.
• Leverage expertise in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
• Maintain a continuous curiosity for emerging technologies and personal professional growth.
• Work independently to implement creative solutions effectively.
• Experience with interactive animations via Adobe After Effects or similar tools for digital media is advantageous but not mandatory.
