Area Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and driven Field Sales Officers to join our team in Chennai. This role involves promoting and sourcing financial products, targeting new customer acquisition, and consistently meeting sales targets within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and acquire new clients for a range of financial products.
• Conduct regular field visits to generate and qualify business leads.
• Provide detailed explanations of loan products and guide customers through the loan application process.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Fulfill daily activity requirements including customer meetings and achieve monthly sales objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth loan processing operations.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions and sales efforts.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to supervising managers.

Candidate Requirements

• 0 to 4 years of experience in sales, ideally within BFSI, Financial Services, FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, or direct sales environments.
• Recent graduates or diploma holders with excellent communication capabilities are encouraged to apply.
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license is preferred due to frequent travel needs.
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively across the Chennai area.
