About the Role

We are currently hiring Inbound Area Managers for our Fulfillment Centers who play a critical role in managing the inbound operations, ensuring safety, quality, outstanding customer experience, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze work forecasts and establish productivity targets to accomplish daily building objectives.
- Collaborate with fellow Area Managers to allocate labor efficiently, maintaining balanced shifts that meet all operational goals.
- Promote and enforce all safety procedures and OSHA compliance to provide a secure workplace for employees.
- Take initiative in leading process improvement projects using Lean methodologies and other efficiency tools.
- Oversee direct employee management and assess their performance regularly.
- Utilize performance metrics and drive continuous improvement processes effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Preferred candidates have at least 2 years of experience in utilizing performance metrics, process improvement, or Lean techniques.
