Architekt (m/w/d) LPH 1-9

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Architect responsible for managing and developing complex projects across all service phases (Leistungsphasen 1-9). Your role involves designing drafts, preparing building application and execution plans, and collaborating closely with specialists, clients, and authorities to ensure top architectural and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the development and processing of challenging projects throughout all architectural service phases.
• Create innovative design concepts, building permit documents, and detailed execution plans.
• Coordinate effectively with specialist planners, clients, and government offices.
• Devise creative solutions and focus on detailed development aspects.
• Guarantee high-quality architectural and technical standards in all assigned projects.

Candidate Profile

• Completed architecture degree (Diploma or Master's level).
• At least five years of experience covering the specified service phases.
• Proficient in CAD software, preferably ArchiCad, along with common office applications.
• Strong sense of design, attention to detail, and aesthetic judgment.
• High responsibility, teamwork capability, and excellent communication skills.
• Self-driven with an organized and methodical approach to work.
• Fluent in both spoken and written German.
