Architectural Designer

Position Overview

This contract opportunity is for an Architectural Designer to work remotely, offering compensation in the range of $40 to $50 per hour. Work commitment varies between 10 and 40 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed floor plans and elevation drawings that align with project specifications.
• Create comprehensive CAD drawings for architectural and engineering objectives.
• Apply precise Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) callouts crucial for manufacturing documentation.
• Produce and annotate multi-sheet electrical schematics adhering to industry standards.
• Design and evaluate PCB layouts while ensuring manufacturability and operational functionality.
• Engage in collaborative exchanges to clarify and resolve technical queries.
• Generate complete documentation packages that meet project milestones and maintain quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in architectural CAD and construction document preparation.
• Proficient use of standard tools for 2D/3D CAD modeling and PCB layout design.
• Skilled in creating and interpreting complex GD&T callouts and schematic diagrams.
• Experience crafting multi-sheet electrical schematics and integrating PCB layouts within construction projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong organizational capabilities for managing multi-document sets.
• Advanced proficiency in English communication.
