Position Overview
We are seeking skilled architects to join our team immediately for challenging projects in historic preservation, focusing on service phases 6 to 8.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed specifications and tender documents
- Conduct contract award negotiations
- Supervise construction sites
- Review and verify invoices
- Manage project acceptance and handovers
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in Architecture
- Strong interest in architecture and traditional building methods
- Fluency in German, especially for negotiations
- Experience with AVA software (Orca) is required
