About the Company

Role Overview
We are seeking a new apprentice scaffolder (m/f/d) for our Marl site to gain hands-on experience and solid expertise in scaffolding construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn from experienced professionals how to assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures.
- Acquire skills in planning and drafting various scaffolding designs.
- Understand the processes of maintaining, storing, and transporting scaffolding elements.
- Become well-versed in safety standards for secure and careful working practices.
- Attend vocational school and participate in block-based practical training sessions.
Candidate Profile
- Possess at least a good secondary school qualification.
- Enjoy outdoor work and assembling scaffolding and special structures following technical drawings for bridges and buildings.
- Be physically fit and resilient against weather conditions.
- Demonstrate a strong team spirit and ambition to excel.
