Role Overview

This role involves close collaboration with the Apparel Manager to guide and mentor the retail team towards achieving success. You will play a vital part in shaping the visual presentation through merchandising and planogram arrangements, enhancing the appeal of the apparel section to customers. Providing knowledgeable assistance to shoppers with their apparel selections is also a key responsibility.

Working Hours

• Sunday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

• Demonstrated experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality fields
• Strong leadership capabilities
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent communication skills
