Position Overview
Join our team as an experienced Analog Layout Engineer responsible for creating and implementing analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit layouts. This role demands a solid grasp of analog design principles and close collaboration with the design team to fulfill project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team delivering intricate analog and mixed-signal layout blocks ensuring superior quality.
- Work closely with project managers and design engineers to clearly understand project needs.
- Make pivotal decisions on floor planning and layout methodologies.
- Guarantee all designs comply with project specifications and established design standards.
- Approve final layouts prior to production deployment.
- Keep abreast of the latest design software developments and industry trends.
- Participate actively in project-related meetings and presentations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with over eight years of relevant professional experience or a comparable background.
- Proven expertise in analog and mixed-signal layout design, specifically in deep submicron CMOS technologies and advanced nodes.
- Strong proficiency with industry-leading tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre DRC, and LVS.
- Deep understanding of layout design principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Capability to handle multiple projects effectively while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-driven with both independent and collaborative work skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Additional Information
The compensation for this role ranges between S$80,000 and S$180,000 annually.
