Role Summary
Join as a Data Science Consultant specializing in machine learning and Python, driving AI and ML solutions within enterprise projects. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of data science initiatives from data gathering through model deployment and scaling, while advising on appropriate AI use cases to deliver impactful business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, profile, and perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to prepare datasets for modeling.
- Design, develop, fine-tune, and validate AI and machine learning models ensuring high accuracy and reliability.
- Utilize visualization platforms such as Power BI and Tableau to communicate insights.
- Present analytical findings clearly to business stakeholders and project teams to inform decisions.
- Recommend machine learning approaches and scope estimates tailored to new problem statements.
- Contribute insights and components to AI-driven modules within broader Infosys solutions.
- Continuously research advancements in AI to test innovations through proof-of-concept projects.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
Skills and Expertise
- Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms with applications in supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience across AI domains including natural language processing (NLP), speech recognition, and computer vision.
- Hands-on proficiency with programming languages, primarily Python.
- Familiarity with databases and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Competency with tools for data analytics, automated machine learning (AutoML), model deployment, and scaling.
- Understanding of various data sets and their attributes in real-world contexts.
Additional Information
