Role Summary

The AI Trainer position is a full-time, on-premise role located in Vijayawada. The person in this role will be responsible for working with data sets, tools, and AI models to develop and enhance training materials. This includes data annotation, labeling, evaluation of AI outputs, and adherence to established guidelines to ensure quality and uniformity. The AI Trainer will provide structured feedback to help refine models and collaborate with both technical and non-technical colleagues. Additionally, they will contribute to process documentation, optimize workflows, and comply with data privacy and security policies while achieving set quality and productivity benchmarks.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the aptitude to comprehend and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail for consistent data labeling and review.
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn AI and machine learning concepts and associated tools.
• Proficient use of computers and common office software including web applications, spreadsheets, and documentation tools.
• Willingness and ability to work full-time from the Vijayawada office and collaborate effectively within a team.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field; preference for backgrounds in IT, computer science, data science, or related disciplines.
• A genuine interest in technology, continuous self-improvement, and adherence to ethical and privacy standards concerning data.
