Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic AI Software Engineer keen on developing with cutting-edge AI technologies. This role involves working extensively with large language models (LLMs), AI agents, automation tools, and product features that enhance user satisfaction and improve team efficiency. The position is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for an innovator who enjoys translating fresh AI developments into practical, impactful products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered products and application features.
- Create AI agents and automate workflows leveraging contemporary LLMs.
- Integrate APIs from various AI platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
- Build and maintain dependable backend services to support AI functionalities.
- Enhance prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool invocation, and agent efficiency.
- Assess new AI models and technologies, quickly prototyping innovative concepts.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Continuously monitor, optimize, and maintain AI systems in production environments.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of three years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficient programming skills in Python (preferred) or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience developing applications utilizing Large Language Models.
- Competence in integrating AI APIs and deploying AI-powered solutions.
- Strong grasp of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG system architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with modern backend frameworks and RESTful API design.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work autonomously.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
