About the Role
We are seeking individuals with strong quantitative backgrounds to collaborate with cutting-edge AI models by training and evaluating their outputs. This position involves critically assessing AI-produced quantitative analyses, troubleshooting technical challenges, and offering feedback that enhances AI's data interpretation and scientific reasoning abilities. Candidates may come from diverse quantitative disciplines such as data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, or operations research. The role can be pursued either alongside a full-time position or as a full-time engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess AI-generated quantitative outputs including statistical analyses, predictive models, scientific reasoning, and data insights to ensure technical precision and practical applicability
- Formulate and resolve quantitative challenges employed in training and benchmarking AI, covering areas such as forecasting, experimental design, optimization, and inference
- Produce clear technical documentation and write well-structured analytical code
- Offer constructive feedback influencing the development of advanced AI quantitative reasoning capabilities
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of relevant experience in quantitative roles or research, for example in data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, or operations research
- Proficiency in coding, capable of writing and reviewing analytical software throughout the process
- Hands-on expertise with statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and experimental design methods like A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at native or bilingual proficiency
- Preferably hold a bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering; higher academic qualifications (Master's or PhD) are advantageous
- Additional credentials such as Kaggle competition rankings or machine learning certifications from AWS or GCP are beneficial
