The Opportunity

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive machine learning, natural language processing, and AI research efforts to advance productivity tool capabilities.
• Create innovative algorithms and models targeting task automation, predictive scheduling, and personalized productivity enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to embed AI features into current products and platforms.
• Plan and execute experiments assessing AI model performance in real-world productivity contexts.
• Author and present research outcomes in leading AI academic venues to establish warpSpeed’s relevance and expertise.
• Guide and mentor junior scientists, fostering an environment of creative exploration and innovation.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
• Over five years of AI research experience with emphasis on productivity applications or analogous fields.
• Proven track record of publications in premier AI conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR.
• Expert knowledge of deep learning platforms including PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Advanced programming skills in Python alongside large-scale data handling expertise.
• Experience with cloud computing infrastructures, for instance AWS or Google Cloud.
• Outstanding communication capabilities, able to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
