AI Program Delivery Lead

Position Overview

This role serves as the Program Delivery Lead at the Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence (AI CoE), tasked with steering the planning, execution, and governance of strategic AI, advanced analytics, and digital innovation projects that drive business transformation, enhance productivity, and develop organizational capabilities.

Operating in a global, cross-functional setting, the lead will guide multidisciplinary teams including business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, architects, AI experts, and external collaborators to create AI-powered products, analytics solutions, and innovation initiatives.

The position mandates governance over delivery frameworks, oversight of project portfolios, and mechanisms to capture value realization, enabling the AI CoE to successfully incubate, scale, and operationalize AI solutions across various domains. Central to this role is building internal AI capabilities, facilitating technology adoption, fostering innovation, and achieving delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of AI, machine learning, generative AI, advanced analytics, and digital innovation projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage program governance, portfolio oversight, and delivery frameworks for AI CoE initiatives.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams of business experts, data scientists, engineers, architects, and technology partners to develop AI products and solutions.
• Lead innovation programs from ideation through experimentation, proof-of-concept, to production rollout and adoption.
• Ensure all AI delivery efforts comply with quality, risk management, and governance standards.
• Oversee external vendors, technology partners, and specialist consultants supporting AI CoE aims.
• Maintain AI program schedules, delivery plans, benefit tracking, and value realization processes.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and capability building in AI and analytics within the organization.
• Promote organizational adoption of AI technologies via stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics and reporting to evaluate AI program impact and benefits.
• Support the growth of Singapore-based digital, analytics, and AI competencies in line with AI CoE objectives.

• Preference for experience in Agile squad-based delivery settings.
• Familiarity with the specialty chemical industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
