AI Generalist

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Generalist to contribute to the creation of fast-paced, top-quality, platform-ready content including micro dramas, short storytelling formats, and campaign visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage across the entire content creation process for micro dramas, AI-supported videos, social media content, and campaign materials.
• Utilize generative AI platforms such as Higgsfield, Supercomputer, or similar tools for brainstorming, previsualization, scene development, rough editing, and creative experimentation.
• Collaborate with writers, video editors, motion graphic designers, and producers to develop captivating narrative content.
• Rapidly prototype, experiment with various versions, and enhance outputs based on creative guidelines and performance results.
• Optimize workflows by leveraging AI for storyboarding, visual development, caption generation, asset creation, and production support.
• Ensure consistent pacing, visual flow, and storytelling quality in short-form content.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience working with micro dramas, concise narrative content, or AI-driven creative processes.
• Practical knowledge of AI systems like Higgsfield, Supercomputer, or comparable generative platforms.
• Deep understanding of digital-first storytelling, pacing, and content arrangement.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic creative settings with tight deadlines.
• Intellectually curious, innovative, and enthusiastic about exploring new AI technologies and workflow integration.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with creative teams and respond swiftly to feedback.
• Residency in Mumbai or capability to work onsite is required.
• Preference given to candidates available to join immediately.
