About the Company and Product
CORTO's AI Paralegal is revolutionizing legal practice by utilizing advanced AI technology built upon Adieu's platform. It automates document drafting, workflow management, and repetitive tasks, seamlessly integrating with LEAP’s system to improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability for law firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of law firms using AI Paralegal, monitoring usage, performance metrics, and engagement, and act swiftly if activity decreases.
- Drive adoption of new features and accelerate revenue growth through client onboarding and relationship management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in law firms, assisting in revising pricing, staffing, and workflow strategies for maximizing AI benefits.
- Identify and document barriers to engagement, collaborate with development teams to address product issues promptly, and maintain communication until resolutions remove any obstacles.
- Raise and track Jira tickets related to product challenges impacting firm performance to ensure timely solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the engagement playbook, establishing success benchmarks throughout client growth phases.
- Provide actionable, evidence-based feedback to the product team regarding client experiences to unlock further potential and problem areas.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in account management, client success, or consulting, preferably within legal tech, SaaS, or professional services environments working with small to mid-sized businesses.
- In-depth understanding of law firm operations, including billing, staffing, revenue cycles, and challenges in behavioral change adoption.
- Proven ability to engage confidently with senior legal professionals in commercial discussions.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across Australia on short notice for client visits.
- Keen problem-solving instincts with a proactive approach to addressing declines in usage or engagement.
- Strong communication skills to translate client issues into clear feedback for technical teams without needing technical expertise.
