Position Overview
We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Agency Manager or Sales Manager at a Life Insurance Company based in Indore, India. This position involves managing a team as well as individual sales responsibilities with a competitive compensation package including incentives.
Compensation
The offered CTC ranges between INR 200,000 to INR 500,000 per annum plus performance-based incentives.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum education qualification of a graduate degree.
- At least 1 year of sales experience in fields such as sales, business development, banking, financial services, insurance, or related sectors.
- Age preference between 22 and 40 years.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership qualities.
