Profitable and expanding rapidly, AIOS is focused on dominating the European healthcare market via advanced AI-enabled treatments, particularly GLP-1 products.
Company Vision and Growth Plan
- Achieve $100 million revenue by end of 2025 via UK GLP-1 market growth.
- Expand to $1 billion ARR by end of 2026 by growing active UK GLP-1 patient base.
- Scale to $10 billion ARR in Europe by end of 2028, becoming the largest GLP-1 provider there.
- Obtain regulatory approval for Full Autonomous Prescribing across Europe and replace human labor at scale by end of 2031.
- Reach $1 trillion annual revenue by 2035 with global AI-powered healthcare accessible via a single software line.
Role Overview
The Affiliate Lead role is critical in developing a scalable, profitable affiliate channel starting with Bolt Pharmacy in the UK. This position demands full ownership over the affiliate program—from recruiting premium affiliates and forging strong partnerships to optimizing offers, systems, and communications. The role is not administrative or limited to simple affiliate link management; rather, it requires hands-on leadership and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth in affiliate-attributed revenue with spotless attribution.
- Source and onboard a continuous pipeline of quality affiliates across diverse platforms like publishers, content partners, and communities.
- Analyze and report affiliate performance metrics including revenue, conversion rates, CAC, retention, refunds, and partner distribution.
- Manage affiliate onboarding processes, providing necessary materials and guidance for rapid activation.
- Optimize affiliate roster by amplifying performers and discontinuing low performers.
- Design and communicate attractive offers and incentives to help affiliates succeed profitably.
- Ensure daily communication and management through platforms such as Everflow, TradeTracker, and email.
- Enforce strict compliance with brand standards, content accuracy, and legal claims, reviewing affiliate outputs meticulously.
- Maintain accurate operational data including tracking links, commission schemes, and workflows.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience managing affiliate partnerships and performance-based customer acquisition channels.
- Proficient in affiliate platforms such as Everflow and TradeTracker.
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of metrics like attribution, CAC, and payback periods.
- Proven ability to proactively source and negotiate with affiliates independently.
- Excellent judgment to identify high-potential affiliates and quickly cut ineffective ones.
- Strong organizational skills to manage communication, offers, tracking, and issue resolution without missing details.
- Data-driven problem solver who translates insights into actionable strategies.
- Advocate for systematic workflows, reporting, documentation, and automation to enable scalable programs.
- Strict adherence to compliance in regulated markets, avoiding any unethical or black hat tactics.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including conversion funnels and attribution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or financial services.
- Existing relationships with global high-quality affiliates across various channels.
- Knowledge of SEO and affiliate usage of content marketing, comparison pages, and rankings.
- Experience managing affiliate programs over multiple international markets.
- Handled multi-brand affiliate initiatives while maintaining clarity and structure.
- Background in startup or fast-growing companies adapting to evolving systems.
- Advanced use of AI tools for partner research, communication, content review, and analytics.
Company Culture and Values
- Passion for mission: Serving 100 million patients by 2035 and transforming lives.
- Uncompromising ethics and integrity even in uncharted territory.
- Preparedness for challenges with relentless determination.
- Striving for excellence, rejecting mediocrity.
- Transparent and candid feedback culture.
- A sense of urgent, high-intensity execution.
- Frugality in spending and resource use.
- Resourcefulness and self-reliance.
- Focus on impactful work over short-term recognition.
- Concentration on priorities that truly matter.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range from $100,000 to $200,000 annually, including equity participation.
- Comprehensive medical insurance where applicable.
- Generous paid time off with a minimum of two weeks plus local holidays.
- Fully distributed and remote workforce with asynchronous working allowed.
- Annual personal development budget of $1200 for books, courses, and coaching.
- $1200 annual allowance for wellness-related expenses like gym and health apps.
- Free biweekly health coaching provided.
- Provision of necessary work equipment including MacBook and home office tools.
- Opportunity to influence company culture during early growth stages.
